At Findyourbloom, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tech; if your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and serial numbers intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Data Wipe and Reset
For your security, please perform a factory reset on all electronic devices and remove any personal data, cloud accounts, or passwords before shipping.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the device in its original box and use a protective outer shipping carton; attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your authorization email.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and hardware functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
